THE RESTAURANT INDUSTRY'S NEWEST INNOVATIONS TO BE RECOGNIZED AT EXPO 2003

Sacramento, CA - The best-of-the-best in restaurant innovation will receive the California Restaurant Association's (CRA) most prestigious product award at this year's 2003 Western Foodservice & Hospitality Exposition in Los Angeles. The Innovator Awards are given annually to the newest products invented to improve the quality of the hospitality industry.

Ten Innovator Awards will be given at the reception prior to the Hall of Fame Gala Dinner held at the Dorothy Chandler Music Center August 1, 2003 at 7 pm. This awards program recognizes exhibitors' products in a variety of categories ranging from entrée to equipment to technology. All products entered were introduced in either 2002 or 2003 and will be on display in the New Product Showcase during the Western Foodservice & Hospitality EXPO August 2 through 4 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. This trade show is the largest regional foodservice and hospitality exhibition in the United States.
