Large and small companies often need to fill communication gaps outside of their direct offices. The most frequently used applications are for trade shows, sales meetings, conferences and special events. You can reap the benefits of on-site paging without incurring the cost of buying a system. |
| Rental Process: |
All pager rentals are based on daily or weekly rates. Please fill out the form below. Each system is equipped with a free transmitter and carrying case. Additional transmitters will be provided at a charge of $50.00 per day. |
| Shipping Procedure: |
LRS will drop-ship equipment 1 day prior to the event day. The user, when finished, will ship all equipment back to LRS next-day air after the event has concluded. All shipping charges will be paid by the end-user. |
| Payment: |
The payment will be one of the following: COD upon delivery, by net 15, prepay, or credit card. Any other form of payment must be approved by LRS prior to shipping. |

The customer is responsible for returning all equipment in a timely fashion. The customer is responsible in case of loss or theft of equipment. Normal wear and tear are acceptable, but abuse and water damage are not. If equipment is lost or stolen, the customer agrees to pay the following: each pager is $99.00, and the transmitter is $995.00. Abused or water-damaged equipment will be charged at the same rate as lost or stolen equipment. |
